A juice detoxification is a period of time where you consume only fresh juices, smoothies, and soups - no solid food is allowed. This gives your digestive system a break, flushes out toxins, and can help you lose weight, improve your skin, and even reduce cravings!

We believe the true value of this workshop comes from actually participating in the detoxification alongside everyone else, so we highly recommend doing the detoxification with the rest of the community.

A detoxification is a cleansing process. As your body throws out the toxins sitting inside and gets used to the new routine, it is common to experience some symptoms such as headaches, nausea, vomiting, acidity and weakness. This is a temporary discomfort. Once your body is cleansed through detoxification, you will experience abundant energy and mental clarity.

Yes, detoxification is generally safe, but there are a few exceptions. If you are currently taking medication for chronic diseases, please consult your doctor before enrolling for the detoxification. Additionally, we advise the following groups to strictly refrain from joining the Juice detoxification: Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers, children below age 14, those who are underweight, individuals on medication who haven't consulted their doctor about detoxification

Yes, you can detoxification during your menstrual cycles. However, listen to your body, get ample rest and follow the guidelines shared by our health educator.

You can enjoy approximately 4-5 glasses of juice daily. However, it's important to note that pure fruit juices are not permitted in this program. Additionally, ensure you drink ample water throughout the day.

No worries! You can prepare juices using any available vegetables and fruits. The primary objective is to give our digestive system a break from solid foods, not necessarily to consume a specific juice. Our program will provide plenty of alternative suggestions to ensure you can participate no matter your ingredient availability.

Absolutely! You don't necessarily need a juicer to join in. You can create your juices using a blender or mixer. Just blend the chosen vegetables and fruits and strain the mixture to get your juice.
